Although many people rely on FLASH DRIVES
(also called thumb drives, USB drives, or memory sticks), they are not a
good place to keep ALL your data. They are best used as a backup, not
for primary storage. Flash drives are easy to lose or damage (they get
run over in parking lots and laundered in washing machines). In school
you should save files to your MY DOCUMENTS folder. It is always a good
idea to occasionally back up your files (at home or at school) – use a
flash drive or external hard drive.
