When you submit an ETICKET, please make sure you follow these guidelines:
Be Specific. Don’t just say your printer isn’t working. List any messages or errors that display.
Also be sure to include steps that you have taken to resolve the issue –
all of that helps to identify the problem. If the tech dept can’t find
or reproduce the problem, they can’t fix it.
Only include ONE issue
on each ticket. If one issue is resolved, the ticket may be closed
without the other issue being resolved.
